In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. Custom prints: 3–7 days.
Free shipping
Free standard shipping on orders over $50.
Returns
14-day return window on unused items. Custom prints are non-returnable.
Damaged on arrival
Email a photo within 7 days for a free replacement or refund.
Shipping
Every order is packed by hand with protective wrap to keep details and surfaces intact in transit. You'll receive a tracking link the moment your label is created.
Returns
If a standard catalogue print isn't what you expected, contact me within 14 days of delivery to start a return. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Custom orders, personalised pieces, and commissioned designs cannot be returned, but I'll always work with you to make it right if something is off.
